Our Office Hours are Monday thru Friday and some weekend by appointments with one of our navigators donated time.

A full-service independent private service of Advocacy, Cancer Care Navigation and Care Coordination for Maui County for and Off Island care.

Submit your referral, send an email or leave a telephone message . Referral and phone message will be answered by a navigator within 24-72 hours. For emergent needs to reach a navigator, you may text 714 488 0623. An in depth intake will be done during your call to gather information on how best to address and help your needs. Please have ready your diagnosis, stage, prognosis, treatment plan discussed with you , scans done or being ordered, oncologist, surgeons or physicians involved in your care and appointments including for diagnostics, surgery and treatment and the nature of your needs for assistance. If you are leaving a phone message, please complete the Consent as this is required to speak and represent each patient requesting assistance.

Navigators and Care Coordinator volunteer their time to offer the service for a donation based . We do not take insurance and neither bill the insurance or get reimbursed. Our time is offered to clients that best benefit from our services. Maui Advocare LLC offers assistance that support the complexities, barriers and challenges that a cancer patient and their families may experience from time of diagnosis through continuum of care. Our service is available on a case to case basis. We are not a non profit but have respected collaboration with donors and organization to access care. Our professional partnership with established major organization for airline and ground transportation to access cancer treatment on Maui County, Hawaiian Islands and off island to the Mainland has been 100% great success. Our collaboration with patient financial assistance for acquiring medication to treat cancer for underinsured or copayment assistance has been 100% successful. Our successful relationship with healthcare providers and insurance companies allows Our navigators and care coordinators to reduce anxiety, adherence and compliance to treatment plans and or missed appointments.

Liaison between your doctors, insurance, and billing to coordinate your medical care to support your best interest only.

  • Private Patient Advocates , Care Coordinators and specialized Oncology Navigators can provide support and guidance and resources to help you make informed decision for yourself or family member.

  • Help you understand your healthcare, health insurance, and your care plan including insurance benefits. Appeal denials for gap exceptions, facilitate peer to peer between your insurance plan and provider, research reimbursement.

  • Provide you with tools for a better communication between you and your doctor, allowing you to understand your care plan.

  • Investigate and Solve your healthcare problems, like medical billing mistakes and insurance denials

  • Provide emotional support for you and your family, as well as providing a knowledgeable, objective opinion, connect you with the right support resources to meet your request.
